thanks in advance.

hi,

error code 0x80070005 caused permissions. please check following group policies , ensure have enough permissions:

1.     check , ensure plug , play group policy not applied.

computer configuration / policies / windows settings /security settings / system services / plug , play (startup mode: automatic)

generally, activate operating system, network service account must have full control , read permissions on registry key hku\s-1-5-20. if above group policy configured, default permissions of plug , play policy not grant licensing service appropriate rights access plug , play service. please disable above group policy , grant full permissions on registry key hku\s-1-5-20.

2.     check following gpos:

computer settings/policies/administrative templates/system/remote procedure call/restrictions unauthenticated rpc clients

computer settings/policies/windows settings/security settings/local policies/security options/network access: named pipes can accessed anonymously

try apply default settings , restart server see how works.
