3:  there several methods deploy printer connections users or computers.

method 1: use print management (printmanagement.msc) group policy

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

to deploy printer connections using group policy, environment must meet following requirements:

1.    the active directory domain services (ad ds) schema must use windows server 2003 r2 or windows server 2008 schema version.

2.    client computers running windows 2000, windows xp, or windows server 2003 must use pushprinterconnections.exe tool in startup script (for per-computer connections) or in logon script (for per-user connections).

if environment meets above requirements, can refer following microsoft technet article deploy printer connections using print management console group policy: deploy printers using group policy

method 2: use group policy preference

--------------------------------------------------------

you can use group policy preference policy deploy printer connections.

computer configuration -> preferences -> control panel settings -> printers

user configuration -> preferences -> control panel settings ->printers

method 3: use script

-----------------------------

you can develop script install printer connection calling addwindowsprinterconnection() function, , deploy logon script deploy printer connections users.addwindowsprinterconnection method

if encounter difficulties when writing scripts, may submit new question in the official scripting guys forum! best resource scripting related issues.

hope helps!
