Anywhere Access - CERTIFICATE NOT VALID OR PASSWORD INCORRECT

setting server essentials 2012.  during "anywhere access" wizard followed link ssl company's url directed @ server.  i chose 1 of 2 options presented during setup , purchased "ssl cert ssl certificate - comodo essential" enom inc.

once got certificate in email, , continued wizard following error:

certificate not valid or password incorrect
either certificate not supported or password incorrect.  please try again.

i've tried can in wizard no avail.  if manually push certificate manager accepts there essentials dashboard still thinks it's no installed believe have complete wizard.  i cannot find support on on internet on searching.  anyone able help?

(by chance server unable install 2 critical updates.  i taking things 1 @ time in order come right though.)

i’ve jumped ahead here , tried myself seems have worked.

i imported .cer “certificates (local computer) / personal / certificates” repository.  once imported exported private key password protected pfx file.  re-started domain wizard anywhere access , got point of ssl.  instead of choosing want buy one, chose “import existing” , gave pfx , password.  wizard completed , the ssl certificate seems valid! j walking through , exchanging messages me, hope helps others may run same problem.

as interesting side note: logs on server seem indicate wizard failing due the web service @ enomcentral returning "false" statement on confirming certificate them.  think problem enomcentral needs work out offerings.

i 99% sure closed case.
