SysPrep, windows activiation and MSDN media
hi
i use msdn versions of software in order confirm our software work on number of different configurations. implement automated testing on number of scenarios, not mention reviewing other software products, , on.
i have setup number of sysprep'd images make our lives easier creating these 'one time use' environments, except appears sysprep on msdn media not reset activation timer. (currently talking windows 2003, no idea 2008 yet). [http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb457096.aspx]
this quite problem us, don't wish activate environment destroyed within couple of days. create alot of them, , have intention of automating environment setup, threfore increasing number created , torn down.
so question is, can circumvented? windows vista\2008\r2\7 have same issue? , if can't this, limits of product activation under msdn (but i'm guessing that's different forum).
thanks in advance

hi martin,
as using msdn disk, i’d suggest posting thread in our msdn forum or contact local microsoft customer service directly.
