Cannot remove "Owner" in "Advanced Security Settings for <DIRECTORY>"

i using windows server 2012 r2 standard evaluation server core (with gui shell enabled). set myself "owner" specific directory using file explorer by right-clicking on directory, choosing "properties", clicking on "security" tab, clicking on "advanced" , clicking on "change" next "owner" in "advanced security settings <directory>" (when there none @ time). now, cannot remove myself or else "owner", since there no option remove entirely. would it possible use powershell make "owner" blank? thank you.
