Prevent clients from accessing network places
dear all,
is there way prevent students' computers in school access network places, prevent them login local computer and prevent them installing software using domain group policy ??

yes, can stop students doing 3 things have mentioned.
first, ensure user accounts of students not in way members of local administrators group of clients. add user accounts to, say, deny-logon ad security group. in computer configuration\windows settings\local policies\user rights assignment tree, configure deny logon locally rights deny-logon group. since students can no longer login machines, not able make changes machine configurations (network places, software installation, etc).
