App Tiles not showing for some users in RDS


hi

we testing rds on server 2012 (one physical server @ present).  we have few users have been using since start of week no problem.

a couple of days ago installed office 2013 further testing; people have been able access without issue, of office apps appearing tiles in new start menu.

however users log onto server first time after installation of office 2013 not see tiles in start menu.

i'm not sure why or how fix, have ideas?
