Restrict Administrator fro accessing Folders

i'm general manager of engineering organization, , have critical data folders on file server (accounts, financial data, hr) , want ask if there solution restrict network administrator accessing these folders?

i can demote account power user face other issues in future if want him troublshoot network problem.

please try give me options

hi ahmad,

i know if files on local computer , if network administartor local administrator.

if local admin, may not able restrict can still take ownership of files stored on local. maybe setup efs availabe on situation.

if not are, can change permission kubik mentioned restrict.
