Converting IOPS to disks required

we running hp servers. 1 of our application vendors states new application we'll using has iops footprint of 0.3. iops per user.

we'll have 500 users per server.

what's best method find out best server/ disk/ raid architecture is? hp provide sort of calculators or knowledge on website (i can't see myself)?
