When hyper-v deallocates a block of RAM in R2 SP1 dynamic memory, is it erased?

i having hard time finding answer.  perhaps not using right terminology.

here scenario.

a program allocates ram data field, containing personal information.

a block of ram allocated virtual machine.  data placed in it, , later released program.  block erased?  assume application doesn't it.  assume operating system in virtual machine doesn't either.

so if dynamic ram released virtual machine, part of 2008 r2 sp1.  block erased, or still contain data?  after erasing block of ram, action must intentional either application or operating system.

i don't know msft person talking in depth of detail.

i getting impression question security related - along lines of, can read ram pages outside vm.  answer no.  xenserver , hyper-v share similar architecture , xen documented in how works.

is possible read ram of vm parent partition?  different question - , yes possible prevented design.  , possible while machine running.  not mention if windows os in vm memory protected os through protection.

in regards dynamic memory - yes, given os on fly.  there monitoring agent observes memory demand of the applications running in vm, when applications demand more ram (they take more memory) hyper-v responds giving vm more until reaches maximum setting or physical server runs out.

the buffer amount of ram vm granted not consumed running applications.  little pool of memory application grow in before hype-rv responds giving vm more physicla l=pool of unused ram.

ben has teched 2010 presentation dynamic memory: http://channel9.msdn.com/events/teched/northamerica/2010/vir304

i think my example of a badly written app missed mark.  example that a badly written app not release memory (in os of vm) , therefore dynamic memory not reclaim physical ram other vms.

when dynamic memory reclaims physical ram vm cleared?  yes, is.
